1. Prize
The object of the contest will be a wine tourism experience for a value of 30 euros per person, according to the terms and conditions set forth in these rules.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for its cash value. The winner will receive an email notifying him/her of the prize the same day of the drawing.
In the event that the winner cannot be located within 10 days, or the prize is expressly refused for any reason, the prize will be forfeited.
In order to proceed with the shipment of the prize, the winner must inform an address in Spanish territory where the prize will be sent, postage prepaid.
2. Participants
All persons residing in Spain who participate in the contest from February 29 to March 28, 2024, inclusive, and who expressly accept their participation, except for the excluded persons indicated in clause 6 of these rules, may participate in the drawing.
Participation in the raffle is free of charge.
3. Date of the draw
The purchase period will be from February 29 to March 28, 2024, both inclusive.
The contest rules will be published on social networks (Facebook and Instagram) and two drawings will be held:
- On March 29, 2024 with a maximum of 1 winner.
The drawing will be conducted through the platform https://exportcomments.com/. .
At the end of each drawing, the winner will be informed through Thegetawine’s Social Networks.
4. Mechanics of the raffle
STEP 1:
The person who completes the steps of the publication during the period indicated in these rules and who consents to participate in the contest will be considered a participant in the drawing.
STEP 2:
Drawings will be held on March 29, 2024 and the winners of the contest will be notified by email.
5. Tax Withholding
Participants are informed that this prize will be subject to current tax legislation.
If, according to current legislation, it is mandatory to make the corresponding deposit on account of the prize awarded, THEGETAWINE will be responsible for the same income, and at the time will issue the appropriate certification to facilitate the participant’s compliance with their tax obligations.
The completion of the personal and fiscal data of the winners necessary for the delivery of the prizes is mandatory, so that the absence of any of these data will result in the loss of the right obtained.
6. Exclusions
Purchases that are not paid correctly or that are cancelled before the date of the sweepstakes in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions and persons who do not expressly accept their participation will not be entered into the sweepstakes that is the object of this promotion.
THEGETAWINE is not responsible for erroneous or false data expressed by the participants, being the draw void in the event that it would be impossible to contact the winner as a result of the inaccuracy of any of the data provided.
Likewise, all minors under 18 years of age are expressly excluded from participating in this contest.

a) The tax implications that the participation in the promotion may have for the participants in the promotion.

THEGETAWINE reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes at any time, including cancelling or terminating the sweepstakes. In any case, it undertakes to publish the modification of the rules on the website so that all participants may have access to such information.
