Valbusenda Hotel Bodega & Spa is special for many reasons, one of which is undoubtedly the celebration of the commemorative events of the Battle of Toro, which took place in 1476 in the same place where this wine tourism complex is located today, this year being the 548th anniversary. As usual, they will take place on March 1, 2024 at 12:30 p.m.

. with the reception of the attendees in the hall of the hotel. Later, at 12:50 p.m., next to the monolith that pays tribute to the fallen in this battle, will be officiated the act of Anniversary of the Battle of Toro in order to remember the historical conflict -key for the succession to the throne of Castile- and that will end with the laying of a wreath and a touch of prayer.
The Culinary Renaissance of the Battle of Toro
The events of this commemorative day will be accompanied by folk music and a Spanish wine at Bodegas Valbusenda. At the end of the event, the Menu of the Battle of Toro will be served at 2:00 pm, paired with wines from the Valbusenda Winery and framed in the Gastronomic Day with History that is held annually in Valbusenda Hotel Bodega & Spa and which aims to savor the past through culinary preparations that defy tradition under the suggestive name of The Culinary Renaissance of the Battle of Toro.
