11.00h: Reception at your winery in Toro and departure to the vineyard.
- You will start the guided tour at their Aldeanuevica vineyard , a 140 hectare plot, including 72 ha. of Tinta de Toro grapevines. There, Manu Fariña will explain the singularities and differences between different grape varieties and a grape harvest workshop will take place, so that visitors can harvest their own vine and take home a basket of grapes as a souvenir of their visit.
During the visit to the vineyard, an aperitif will be served, the “Grape Harvester’s Lunch“, based on grapes, Zamorano cheese and bread, paired with different Fariña wines.
