The PAISATGES Visit at the AT Roca Winery includes

Bodega At Roca invites you to a tour through the soul of the three projects that make them who they are: AT Roca(D.O. Penedès), Anima Mundi (minimal intervention) and Companyia Vitícola Sileo(D.O. Montsant).

The visit PAISATGES will consist of a walk through a privileged environment that will allow them to highlight the importance of the soils in the different areas and to present the organic and regenerative viticulture that they practice, where they will taste one of their still wines, such as the Cantallops (Anima Mundi).

Then, at the Penedès winery, you will discover the unique methods used to make AT Roca wines and sparkling wines and the minimal intervention of Anima Mundi.

The visit will end with a guided tasting of two Clàssic Penedès (Pedregar and Finca els Gorgs), an ancestral and a natural wine from Anima Mundi(Camí dels Xops and Gres), to finish in Montsant with two red wines from Companyia Vitícola Sileo (Sileo and Costers de Cornudella).
