Martín Berasategui and Bodegas Yllera join forces in a gastrobodega in Ariadna’s Thread. Wine tourism, wine and gastronomy will meet in an environment as special as the historic winery that extends under the Valladolid town of Rueda.
Experience a historical tour through the 15th century subway cellar of El Hilo de Ariadna, discovering how the past and the present coexist in this privileged environment, with commented wine tasting . Four different premium wine references paired with four miniature food bites designed by the Yllera Martín Berasategui Gastrobodega, designed by Martín Berasategui, chef with 12 Michelin Stars and two restaurants with the highest rating awarded by the French guide.
Live a different experience with Yllera Bodegas y Viñedos where the exciting world of wine is mixed with history, art and mythology, combined with the magic of haute cuisine.

*During the winter months, the vineyard will be replaced by a barrel-making area.
