Description
Enjoy this enogastronomic visit to the Miquel Jané winery and enjoy a unique day of nature, viticulture and oenology.
The visit is composed of three parts:
- A walk through the vineyards to discover and learn about their life cycles, soil and climate.
- An oenological part between presses and barrels where the different winemaking and aging processes are explained.
- It ends with a tasting of its wines and regional products while the tasting course is given.
This wine and food tour will be an unforgettable day and will be given by the winery’s oenologist. Once inside the winery Miquel Jané will be given a dossier to understand and be able to continue practicing the art of tasting at home.
Once finished, you will enjoy a seasonal menu prepared by the chef of the restaurant El Gat Blau. The menu is created with local, seasonal, organic and fair trade products.
Visits are conducted at 11:00 am in Spanish and/or Catalan, depending on the groups that are formed.
Supplement of 10€/ person for visits in English at 15:30h.
