Cavas Blancher
is a family winery that has been producing since 1955. It is located in the center of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, known as the capital of Cava.
The visit includes an audiovisual projection to learn in depth about the origins of the family.
Afterwards, there will be a guided tour of the cellar and subway cellar where the cava elaboration process will be explained step by step.
We finish with a tasting of 2 products, recognized with the DO Penedès.
