Cavas Blancher is a family winery active since 1955. It is located in the center of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, known as the capital of Cava.
The Cavas Blancher Essential Visit will begin with an audiovisual projection to learn in depth about the origins of the winery and the Blancher family.
Afterwards, there will be a guided tour of the cellar and subway cellar where the cava elaboration process will be explained step by step.
The visit will end with a tasting of 2 products recognized with DO Penedès.
