The visit to Tr3smano Winery begins next to its centenary olive tree located among the vineyards where, as the winery says , “you will learn where our grapes are born”. A walk through the vineyard called “La viña del Lagar”, cultivated on sandy-loam soils more than 50 years old. The visit to the vineyards and winery continues with a visit to the winery facilities where you will discover the secrets of the quality of these wines. The ergonomics of the winery with its two elongated sides offer functional advantages with good lighting conditions, natural ventilation, maximum thermal insulation – in the winemaking, aging and maturing rooms – and connection between the interior spaces. You will pass through the tank room, the barrel room and the wine rack. Another interesting point is the visit to the Lagar and Cueva Centenaria to understand the respect for tradition. The wine press, where the estate’s grapes have been traditionally trodden since the 18th century, is another of the winery’s assets. With almost 300 years of history, it exudes many sensations, memories and smells. A combination that strengthens the respect for the traditional with the new techniques of oenology. Finally, before the tasting, you can enjoy the 360º infinity terrace from where you can contemplate the so-called“Golden Mile” of the Ribera del Duero.
