It is produced in a natural harvest in boxes of 15kg. with a double selection of grapes and clusters on the table and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged after 12 months in French oak barrels from the Darnajou and Taransaud cooperages. Its variety is 95% Tempranillo and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
In terms of tasting notes, an intense cherry red with a purplish rim. Intense aroma, with complex and concentrated notes of roasted cocoa and coffee caramel with a background of red fruit jam (blueberry and cherry). Mineral souvenir. Finca Villacreces is a wine from an old vineyard of more than 40 years old located in Quintanilla de Onésimo, planted on trellises (cordon royat) around 1980. Made with malolactic fermentation in wooden vats and French oak barrels and aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels. Its variety is defined as 86% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Merlot.
