Why should I book a wine tourism experience with Thegetawine?

Thegetawine is designed to make wine tastings and tours more accessible to wine lovers around the world. We act as an intermediary that connects wine tourists with wineries through our simple online reservation system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The service is easy to use, you can change and cancel your reservation according to the cancellation policies of the wineries, you can check them on our website at the winery you book.

Is the payment process secure?

All payments made through Thegetawine are encrypted and protected through our payment gateway Stripe.

What happens if the winery cancels the reservation?

If it is the winery itself that cancels your reservation, Thegetawine will reimburse you in full and, if you prefer, we will suggest other similar experiences that may be of interest to you.

Is it possible to get an invoice for my reservation with Thegetawine?

Of course, you can send an email to administracion@thegetawine.com with the reservation number requesting your invoice.

How do I book the Thegetawine experience?

On our website Thegetawine.com choose the specific experience you wish to book. You will see a reservation form on the right side of the screen, insert the number of people who will attend the experience, select the day you want to do the experience and you will see the available hours. Choose one and make a reservation. It will be saved directly in your cart. Place the order for your experience, and wait for the winery to confirm receipt of your request. You will receive an email confirmation of the booked experience.

How long should I wait before booking an experience?

Most wineries cannot confirm reservations within 24 hours. This is because they are mostly family wineries, with several functions that are transversal to wine tourism, which conditions their immediate availability. For this reason, Thegetawine asks visitors to book their experiences at least two days before the scheduled visit.

What kind of wine tourism experiences does Thegetawine offer?

At Thegetawine we offer winery tours, wine tastings, vineyard tours, etc…..

Are gift options or gift cards available?

In Thegetawine you can make the reservation for another person, being a different and special gift, for those people who want to get out of the routine, and make a personalized gift that includes an unforgettable experience.
