Wine and the history of its Third Order have always been linked. In this experience you will learn the best kept secrets in the production of its wines and the result of the studies and experiments carried out by its winemaker, Javier Sanz, in the recovery of extinct varieties. Finally, you will enjoy a tasting of the winery’s wines in our restored 18th century church.

- Tasting of 4 wines from the Javier Sanz Collection and V Collection
- Tasting of sausages and cheeses from the area.
- 10% discount for the purchase of wines in the winery
